We are looking for a permanent Operations Manager to provide executive level support to the Director of Wellcome Collection on a permanent basis.
What will I be doing?
The Operations Manager will assist other key members of the team to ensure that the co-ordination and logistics of key Wellcome Collection activities run smoothly. The role holder will also carry out operational and coordination tasks related to the governance of Wellcome Collection's Leadership team. Therefore, building strong relationships, working in partnership, and communicating well within a team will be critical.
The Operations Manager joins meetings of the Corporate Affairs Senior Leadership Team and is expected to participate actively in discussions as well as taking minutes to provide a view of operational and delivery considerations.

The Operations Manager is a critical role that supports the Director of Wellcome Collection to execute Wellcome Collection's vision and strategic priorities. As well as providing Executive Assistant support, the Operations Manager will undertake specialist projects for the Director of Wellcome Collection including the end-to-end organisation and management of events and meetings.
