What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with proven operations and team management experience, ideally in a cultural, heritage, arts or education setting. You will be committed to bringing our shared history and heritage alive for ‘everyone’ and be a passionate advocate for our school, family and community audiences and programmes. You’ll be confident in forging strong working relationships across departments, managing complex logistics, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, risk management and data protection standards. Strong communication, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to lead a high-performing team are essential.

Flexibility to work across our London sites is essential.
