What will you be doing as Operations Manager?

  • Managing up to 8 sites and reporting into an Operations Director you will have full accountability for your patch in terms of finances, sales, team development and guest experience.
  • This is about working with an already successful brand and bringing in new service points and elevating the offer – this is where your experience will be invaluable.
  • A brand that are passionate about developing their team from within, this will require a shift in thinking and service standards, and we are looking for operations who love to develop and coach their team to ensure the best possible result and service points.
  • This role is for a resilient and adaptable leader, one than can happily help businesses transform and has some experience in terms of change.
  • The goal is to push the boundaries and elevate the service levels - a polished individual who understands this level of service is essential.
