We are looking for an ambitious and highly-motivated Operations Manager. You will be responsible for all our operations/supply chain elements in the UK, as well developing and optimizing how we supply Ireland. The role includes managing the in-house operations team, demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and 3PL logistics. You will work closely with Sales, HQ, and third-party logistics providers to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. You will also lead and develop the local operations setup, with a focus on customer service and supply chain processes, ensuring we are structured for both current needs and future growth. The role is based at our UK headquarters in central London.
