Salary: £50-60K plus £7200 Car Allowance, life assurance, private medical, and 26 days leave

Hours: 40 Hours, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (No weekends or nights)

Are you an experienced Operations Manager within the B2B food manufacturing sector looking for a prestigious role with a large food production group?

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing site within a large food group.

The role has operational responsibility for a food production site of 30 plus staff and involves managing the upcoming growth of the site due to new contracts about to go live.

The Role

- Full time, permanent, senior managerial level position on a medium, growing food manufacturing site.
- Responsible for strategic, commercial, and functional direction of the site.
- First and second line leadership duties. Direct reports include Production Manager and Technical Manager plus other indirect reports.

The Person

- Working background in B2B food manufacturing production.
- Experience in a senior leadership position, including strategic, budget, and second line management.
- Experience of managing client relationships.
