Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with in-depth knowledge of digital printing on fabric and sublimation machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production processes, operating printing equipment, and providing minor technical support as needed. This position requires a self-driven professional who can oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and maintain efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of digital printing and sublimation processes on fabric.
• Manage and operate printing machines, ensuring optimal performance and output.
• Provide minor technical support and troubleshoot printing machines when necessary.
• Ensure all production deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels for printing materials, including ink, fabrics, and other supplies.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols within the production environment.
• Train and supervise junior staff or operators, ensuring they follow proper procedures.
• Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Prepare reports on production output, equipment maintenance, and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing digital printing and sublimation processes.
• Strong knowledge of fabric printing, sublimation machines, and related equipment.
• Ability to operate independently and take initiative in managing operations.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills for printing machines and equipment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a textile or apparel printing environment.
• Familiarity with software used for printing and design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
