We are a food wholesaler operating in a 250,000 square foot facility with a workforce of 400 people.

Reporting Structure: This position reports to the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate caliber.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in an FMCG background.
  3. Previous experience working in a unionised environment.

Responsibilities:

You will be accountable for:

  1. 6 Shift Managers
  2. 5 Supervisors
  3. 25 Team Leaders
  4. 200 Warehouse Staff

Manage an annual operating budget of £8.5 million.
