About SuperSeed:
SuperSeed is a London-based venture capital firm investing in exceptional technical founders at the earliest stages of B2B innovation. We back world-class industrial startups from day one, providing the strategic support they need to reach global markets.
Our investment thesis focuses on three transformative domains:
- How We Make: Software reshaping production across genomic sequencing, pharmacological design, continuous manufacturing, construction, and infrastructure.
- How We Move: Technologies revolutionising global movement through advanced supply chain solutions, freight optimisation, shipping innovations, and logistics systems.
- How We Manage: Platforms transforming the working world via infrastructural fintech, developer tools, cybersecurity, and enterprise automation.
Founded in 2018 by Mads Jensen and Dan Bowyer, SuperSeed brings entrepreneurial expertise to venture capital. With fewer than 10% of UK VCs having founder experience—a critical gap at the earliest investment stages—our team stands apart. Our eight successful exits as entrepreneurs and investors, combined with our track record of selling millions in contract value globally, inform how we source, select, and support portfolio companies.
We are relentlessly entrepreneurial and fiercely ambitious about backing Europe's best technical founders as they build globally dominant technology companies. We expect this same drive from everyone who joins our team.
