£60 – £70K (DOE) plus Bonus and Excellent Benefits

I am lucky enough to be working with a leading consulting business making huge strides into Automation who is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to progress into Operations Director and eventually the Chief Operating Officer over the next few years.

The business is in a period of sustained growth and is looking to hire a professional who can aid with client engagement and growth.

Operations Manager Specification

1. Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance.
3. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
4. Monitor team performance and address any issues to maintain productivity and morale.
5. Identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
6. Oversee the adoption of tools and technologies to streamline operations.
7. Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
8. Act as a key point of contact for external partners and stakeholders.
9. Prepare operational performance reports for leadership review.
10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
11. Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
12. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
13. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
14. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
15. Experience in Automation Consultancy.
16. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
