About the role:
The purpose of this role is to run the day-to-day operation of the warehouse effectively and efficiently, working in collaboration with Service Partners and employed staff. To motivate, coach and develop shift managers to achieve best quality in all areas of the operation.
The main role aim is to achieve excellence on standards of service and to liaise and work with the Site/Area Manager to ensure that KPI’s and minimum standards are achieved in line with company targets and customer expectation.
