ROLE OVERVIEW:

OMNES is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics management, with a strong background in warehouse operations and shipment coordination. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of goods from our warehouse to retail stores, maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. As the Operational Logistics Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with various departments to support our mission and operational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes.
• Shipment Coordination: Organize and manage shipments from the warehouse to retail stores, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party logistics providers and suppliers to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including retail, e-commerce, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise, maintaining high standards
• of customer service and satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience: 5 + years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
