In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations team to gain a deep understanding of Exsel Pumps' services and how they meet client needs.
Together with the Senior team, you will establish a strong health and Safety culture that is industry-leading.

This role offers exposure to the broader operational aspects of the business, with opportunities to participate in role rotations. These rotations will deepen your industry knowledge, enhance your understanding of Exsel Pumps' operations, and develop your knowledge.
As part of your journey, you will be supported by a Graduate Development Programme provided by Discovery. This programme will help you grow both personally and professionally through experiential learning, access to accredited qualifications via the Institute of Leadership and Management, and guidance from an experienced coach.
To support your professional development, you will have access to training towards NEBOSH, Occupational Health and Safety, ISO accreditations.
