We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Excellence Manager to lead and coordinate the Operations Excellence agenda for our Logistics Operations Center (LOC). In this role, you will be instrumental in driving operational improvements, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring that best practices are not only recognized but also shared across the broader business.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, you will:

• Spearhead the Operations Excellence agenda on site, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Encourage and support the development and training of team members to create a robust succession plan, enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
• Ensure that best practices and achievements are recognized and communicated across the broader business, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the wider manufacturing logistics teams to identify opportunities for improvement, share knowledge, and implement effective solutions.
• Continuously assess and develop the skills and resources of the site community to match the requirements of the business.
