Are you an Operations Director from a Manufacturing background looking for a fully autonomous, technical leadership role within a bespoke multi-million manufacturer who work with a global client base and offer the opportunity to make a direct impact on the ongoing success of the business going forward?

This company is a longstanding leading manufacturer of bespoke products to a client base across numerous continents. They have an annual turnover of several million and are looking for a new Operations Director to oversee ongoing development and growth.

In this role, you will be the go-to person for all day-to-day operations within the business. You will have a key role in the manufacturing process, in addition to the organisation of the supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams. Further to this, you will work closely with the MD, clients, and key internal stakeholders.

This exciting role would suit an Operations Director or similar from a Manufacturing background looking for a technical leadership role where you will be at the forefront of business strategy and growth.

The Role:

• Oversee all day-to-day business operations
• Play a key role in the manufacturing process and commercial wing of the business
• Have direct influence on strategy and business growth
• Liaise closely with all departments, other directors and client base

• Operations Director or similar
• Manufacturing background
• Commutable to Grays
