A National Operations Director in Facilities Management is required to join one of the world's leading Facilities Management specialists.

This is a unique opportunity to lead Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts nationally, focusing on strategic growth, client development, and operational excellence. Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience in senior management in Facilities Management, with an emphasis on Soft Services (Cleaning, Security, Catering).
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of growing and retaining business.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Relevant qualifications: SIA Non-Frontline License (or ability to qualify) and IOSH/NEBOSH accreditation (or working towards).
• A full UK driving license and flexibility for national travel.
