Full Time | Hybrid - 2 days Office / 3 days WFH

Are you a strategic and commercial Operations Director or Manager looking to drive efficiency and commercial success within a fast-paced creative environment?

We are partnering with an exciting creative agency with an opportunity to optimise processes, enhance financial management, and streamline resource planning to support a thriving studio.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations, improving team efficiency, and delivering projects on time and within budget, all while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in operations within a creative, marketing, or agency setting, who can bring strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a data-driven mindset.

You’ll play a crucial role in aligning operational strategies with business goals, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance and risk management across all activities.
