Operations Coordinator - Sponsorship & Media

Join Our Dynamic Team as a Operations Coordinator!

We are hiring an Operations Coordinator to join our growing Sponsorship team, working specifically within the Partnership Management function. You would be joining a fast-paced team, trusted by rightsholders and brands to deliver impact and value.

A Two Circles Operations Coordinator will work day-to-day, initially on behalf of UEFA Women’s Football, working as an extension of their team.

What you'd be getting up to?

1. Responsible for supporting the Partnerships team across operational delivery for commercial sponsors and media/ broadcast partners.
2. Working closely with the Rightsholder’s Commercial Operations team and external agencies to set-up and manage day-to-day team systems across sponsorship and media.
3. Responsible for key rights delivery across elements such as: ticketing, hospitality and accreditation.
4. Become a key member of the team for commercial approvals.
5. Support the Operations Lead on commercial onsite delivery i.e. displays and premiums.
6. Support with commercial event management and delivery.
7. On occasion, travelling within Europe to visit partners and UEFA.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will bring:

1. An interest and excitement to work in commercial operations.
2. An excellent ability to build relationships with key stakeholders both within UEFA and with partners.
3. An understanding and interest in brands.
4. A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new solutions/ opportunities.
5. Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
6. A willingness to get ‘stuck in’ to all elements of commercial operations from events and delivery, to leading administrative processes, to reviewing event impact.
7. An interest in sports and women’s football.
8. Fluent written and spoken English.
