Varied new role available to join our client s Operations division for a driven and talented individual to assist the Operations Manager and provide support and assistance in all day to day administrative activities.
In addition to general administration tasks such as data inputting and maintenance, scanning and responding to email/telephone queries, this role will also involve systems, IT and Operations support. Therefore, applicants must be tech-savvy with the confidence to carry out user system set-ups, including onboarding of new users and telephone setup, as well as support on a variety of projects.
Previous office/administrative experience is desirable, and candidates must have strong IT, communication, and organisational skills. You will need a good level of accuracy, the ability to work on your own initiative, and a genuine desire to learn.
