Operations Administrator
Location: Bassingbourn, Royston
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm)

Operations Administrator – Details:

£25,000 – £30,000 salary (depending on experience)

Operations Administrator – Responsibilities:

  1. Keep records up to date for purchases, prices, and supplier details
  2. Handle admin tasks for the purchasing and production inboxes
  3. Enter goods received into the system and manage related paperwork
  4. Match purchase orders with delivery notes and invoices
  5. Help with stock checks and cost tracking
  6. Print labels and instructions for the factory team
  7. Organise transport and shipping details
  8. Provide cover when colleagues in purchasing or planning are away
  9. Support the wider operations team with general admin tasks

Operations Administrator – What We’re Looking For:

  1. Previous experience in Administration - purchasing or supply chain is advantageous
  2. Experience in a manufacturing industry is essential
  3. Strong with numbers and attention to detail
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills
  5. Confident using systems and following processes
  6. Comfortable working with technical product information
  7. GCSEs or A-Levels, including passes in English and Maths
