As the Operations and Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in delivering excellent quality and service levels for our clients. With wide-ranging responsibility for a number of operational tasks and systems, this role represents an excellent opportunity to develop new skills in a number of areas. Answering directly to the directors, the role includes managing internal systems, customer-facing systems, supporting staff and clients, training, and general business administration.
The successful candidate will be involved in our IT and systems management, privacy, supporting sales bids, and alongside this, supporting our client management and execution teams. There are currently two remote team members over which this role also has responsibility.
