Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy office based in East Kilbride. The role would suit someone who has worked within a busy office environment, where a ‘roll your sleeves up’ approach has been a given. You will have the opportunity to liaise daily with internal and external customers, and will be involved in a variety of duties supporting this small but busy office.

What does it entail?

This role will involve making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

What do we look for?

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Administrator (or similar) essential
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong administration and IT skills - using Microsoft packages
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to cover some on-call work (consists of manning the phone between 5pm and 7pm some weekdays and some sporadic weekends)
