Igloo are on the lookout for an Operations Administrator to join our client’s team in Queenborough, Kent. Our client is one of the UKs leading automotive and logistics companies, with operations up and down the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a liaison between operational teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  2. Coordinate agency labour per the plan with the PDI Operations Manager.
  3. Monitor and report department and staff efficiency within set parameters.
  4. Keep records of staff training requirements.
  5. Prepare operational reports, including KPIs and efficiency.
  6. Maintain clear communication and feedback with the team.
  7. Assist with audits, document Site Operation Procedures, and update site information.
  8. Monitor customer KPIs and report anomalies.
  9. Manage holiday and absence records.
  10. Request necessary parts and equipment for operations.
  11. Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations.
  12. Support additional duties to serve our customers effectively.

What Kind of Person Are We Looking For?

  1. Strong IT skills and knowledge of MS Office Systems, such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
  2. Self-driven and self-motivated.
  3. Must be able to work within a team environment.
