Pay Rate: £42,000 - £47,000

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Operations Account Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Develop and leverage constructive relationships within assigned accounts
• Act as key contact for customer on a local level
• Coordinate the resolving of operational issues and push for process improvements
• Develop local strategy and plan for assigned accounts

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Understanding of Supply Chain in the UK/I
• Experience of working in a matrix organisation with complex processes and procedures
• Understanding of Consumer customer requirements and pressures
• A self-starter with a positive attitude, who is capable of working on own initiative
