As the Senior Manager for the Culture and Capability team, you’ll play a crucial role in maturing resilience culture and capability to prevent, adapt, respond to, recover, and learn from operational disruptions. This role is key to delivering on our Grow, Focus, and Change ambition, as well as our overall purpose.
You’ll be accountable for designing and embedding the Operating Model, resilience-led Culture and Capability, Resilience Engagement, and awareness. SALARY: £83,411 - £98,130
LOCATIONS: Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester or Halifax
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in one of the office sites above
