Operational Readiness Delivery Manager
You will drive the Operations Delivery plan within Heathrow Operations, ensuring that appropriate risk mitigation and plans are put in place to enable a successful operational delivery. We are recruiting for permanent and secondment opportunities.

The Heathrow Directorate is focused on ensuring we offer our customers a world-class experience, developing our teams to become more agile and adaptable, responding to challenges and getting ready for future changes or enhancements. We are looking for an Operational Readiness Delivery Manager to drive the Planning and Punctuality processes within Operational Delivery. The role covers planning for seasonal readiness and other operational requirements whilst also ensuring that Heathrow delivers exceptional punctuality. You will work closely with Heathrow Operational Teams, Global Operations and the Planning functions responsible for Heathrow to ensure that we drive the highest levels of punctuality.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and an ability to work and influence stakeholders collaboratively.
