With a focus on research and innovation, the company is dedicated to the development of life-saving therapies and vaccines and are looking to recruit an Operational Excellence Lead for their Liverpool based site.
Job Description
The Operational Excellence Lead will report into the Head of Operational Excellence and will:
Lead and manage the operational excellence team to drive process improvement
Implement lean methodologies to maximise efficiency and minimise waste
Collaborate with management to set performance goals and targets
Develop training programmes for staff in operational excellence practices
Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements
Assist in the implementation of operational strategies
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operational Excellence Lead should have:
Experience in managing teams and driving operational improvement
Proven track record in implementing Lean Six Sigma and lean methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experienced trainer with ability to deliver workshops
Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards
Lean Six Sigma Certification (advantageous)
University degree in relevant field (preferred)
