We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team in the role of Operational and Resilience Risk Manager, Capital, Behaviours and Framework, HSBC UK. As the Operational and Resilience Risk Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and overseeing the organization's capital risk framework and ensuring that capital management behaviours align with regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring risk policies related to capital adequacy, ensuring that the organization maintains a robust capital position while adhering to industry best practices.
The position requires close collaboration with finance, treasury, risk management, and other key stakeholders to support informed decision-making and risk governance.
