Job Description
Provide onsite support for end users at both locations (1st & 2nd level)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Set up and maintain Windows-based clients (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
Assist with hardware replacements, rollouts, and upgrades
Support mobile devices (smartphones, tablets)
Log and document issues in the ITSM/ticketing system
Act as backup technician, covering the other site when needed
Qualifications
Experience in IT support (1st/2nd level)
Knowledge in ServiceNow
Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and Active Directory
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WLAN/printers)
Valid driving license & willingness to travel between sites
Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
Fluent in English
