What You'll Do:

  1. Act as the go-to survey expert throughout project lifecycles-from tendering to delivery.
  2. Develop methodologies, procedures, and budgets to ensure project success.
  3. Coordinate internal teams, offshore personnel, and third-party providers to deliver world-class survey services.
  4. Oversee mobilisations, calibrations, and FAT/SIT activities, ensuring seamless project readiness.
  5. Collaborate closely with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring communication is proactive and solutions-focused.
  6. Lead lessons-learned processes and champion continuous improvement.
  7. Provide technical support for offshore operations, including pre- and post-installation activities.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in both offshore and onshore survey roles within subsea construction, IMR, or survey support.
  2. A deep understanding of current survey techniques and technologies, with a focus on quality and innovation.
  3. Strong project management skills, able to balance detail and the bigger picture.
  4. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
  5. Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
  6. A solutions-driven mindset, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
