Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Psychotherapist/Counsellor to join our team. This role involves delivering 50-minute therapy sessions entirely online, supporting a wide variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 50-minute therapy sessions online with clients, delivering high-quality mental health support.
- Utilise a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Offer flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our clients, including potential evening or weekend sessions.
For counsellors offering couple therapy, a higher rate will be provided. Please mention if you can provide this service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Psychotherapist or Counsellor.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
- Strong understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds within the UK.
- Comfortable with delivering therapy sessions entirely online.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space for conducting sessions.
- A professional and empathetic approach to client care.
- Registration or membership with a recognised UK regulatory body (e.g., UKCP, BACP, NCPS, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, Person-Centred Therapy, etc.).
- Work from the comfort of your home with flexible hours.
