What you'll do
As the Online Project Implementation Manager, you will be part of a highly regarded M&S.com International team who proactively support each other to achieve our goals and customer satisfaction goals. This is a newly created role responsible for executing projects within the International Online remit such as launching new marketplaces and executing post purchase customer journey improvement.
