As the Online Partner Assistant, you will be at the heart of the action, supporting the trading activities of various partner websites. Your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, providing you with the opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within a thriving environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Producing weekly trade performance reports that highlight the success of partner websites.
- Reporting and recording site coverage while managing an organised calendar of upcoming partner activities for the online trade pack.
- Identifying and communicating trade-driving initiatives directly to the Online Partner Manager.
- Monitoring stock availability and collaborating with merchandising departments to ensure smooth support for trading calendar activities.
- Keeping all partners informed of any trade updates and changes.
- Setting up and maintaining promotional sale activities across third-party platforms, while communicating necessary adjustments to the Ecommerce and merchandising teams.
- Providing timely weekly updates on new collections launched across partner websites.
- Coordinating the removal of low availability and out-of-stock items to keep partner websites up to date.
- Acting as a point of contact for merchandising teams to grasp seasonal strategies, key product buys, intake weeks, and more.
- Managing weekly product uploads and delivery schedules with partners seamlessly.
