Online Merchandiser - Fashion Brand

We are recruiting an online merchandiser to play a key role in running and managing web merchandising and operations effectively & seamlessly. As an expert on converting traffic online, this role will cover all aspects of keeping the site up to date both aesthetically & commercially. This role is based in central London office 5 days a week.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Work alongside the merchandising & operations team to deliver online trading tasks.
2. Work alongside online customer services for seamless back-end operations.
3. Responsible for assisting the co.uk & .com sites using multiple platforms.
4. Support the team on the projects sitting on the digital roadmap.
5. Ownership of web KPI- gross/net sales, conversion, AOV, UPT.
6. Support the Assistant Merchandising Manager & The Head of Online Trading on all web trading operations.
7. Responsible for content, product & stock accuracy on the web.
8. Support day to day online merchandising entailing customer journey from the landing page to checkout for UK and other international URLs.
9. Take initiatives on developing a seamless user experience on the website.
10. Update homepage, sorting algorithms, sort & filter, LHN/top navigation with mobile-first strategy.
11. Assist in producing weekly trade reports, sharing insights on WoW & YoY performances.
12. Work alongside the online executives to ensure there is consistency in all live campaigns.
13. Work with the warehouse team to ensure customer service queries & stock allocation are accurate & up to date.
14. Flag missing stock and raise requests for higher stock allocation for bestsellers.
15. Assist the merchandisers on PLP, PDP, accurate product recommendations etc.
16. Own the reconciliation & any investigative procedures related to both gross & net sales.
17. Implement AB tests online with a clear view of the desired outcome.

Person Specifications:

1. Experience in online retail environment, preferably women's fashion.
2. Advanced Excel, Google Sheets & data management skills.
3. Preferred- user of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
4. Experience or interested in HTML or any other coding language.
