A fantastic opportunity has become available for an ambitious individual to join our energetic and friendly online team. Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Processing online orders from domestic customers and small businesses
  2. Liaising with both customers and supply chain
  3. Processing all orders and payments on our bespoke system
  4. Taking telephone orders, answering online chats and responding to customer feedback

Essential Attributes

  1. Excellent organisation and time management skills
  2. Precise communication skills
  3. Excellent attention to detail
  4. Ability to work under pressure whilst adhering to tight deadlines
  5. Drive to work well within a team while prioritising own workload
  6. Comfortable at making decisions on a frequent basis
