As an Online Business Lead, you will set the Online commercial strategy for George Clothing Womenswear products, driving sales and profit for the channel, managing the product onboarding process and online journey. You will lead the team to ensure we deliver an easy, fast and friendly online customer experience on site.
- Lead the team responsible for online sales and profit targets for Womenswear product categories.
- Develop, shape and deliver departmental ranging strategies to maximise customer demand whilst growing profit contribution.
- Oversee the Product onboarding process ensuring that all product information is customer-focused and accurate.
- Responsible for visual merchandising across the site, showcasing the product effectively.
- Champion end-to-end execution for all activity ensuring full availability and optimum customer experience onsite.
- Be an expert on our online customer and competitor landscape to build relevant activity plans.
- Look for opportunities to increase conversion rate, cross sales and drive bigger baskets.
- Understand and utilise insights from analytical merchandising to maximise sales.
- Play a key role in relevant key strategic projects and meetings.
