Job description

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our Client in a Well-Established Onboarding Team.

You will support the Onboarding with facilitating the entire Onboarding and Offboarding Process for New Suppliers, from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Be the main point of contact for new Suppliers, guiding them through the onboarding process and addressing their questions and concerns.
  2. Collect and review required documentation from new Suppliers, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  3. Provide training to new Suppliers on processes, systems, expectations, and any specific requirements.
  4. Review and refine the onboarding and offboarding processes based on feedback, lessons learned, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding and offboarding tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  2. Knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  3. Knowledge of the property sector is desirable but not essential.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices related to onboarding.
