Job description

An great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Booking Agent to join an exciting growing business in Warrington.

You will be a key member of a busy team striving to provide excellent customer service in a business to business environment. The role offers a path for further development within a 12 month period.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the booking of telecom services through Alt Logic and Salesforce systems.
  2. Coordinate and ensure seamless integration between Alt Logic and Salesforce platforms for booking workflows.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the performance and efficiency of the booking process.
  4. Regularly update and maintain booking parameters in both Alt Logic and Salesforce to reflect service availability, pricing, and product changes.
  5. Confident in contacting the client/end user by phone to confirm bookings.
  6. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving booking related queries from customers, partners and internal teams.

Experience:
  1. Strong customer service and administration skills.
  2. Excellent phone manner.
  3. Competent IT skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  5. Team player.
