  3. Instil a strong safety culture through visible leadership and adherence to SHEQ policies.
  4. Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  5. Support health, safety, and environmental best practices, participating in site audits and incident investigations.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success.
  7. Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation to support seamless project execution.
  8. Act as Temporary Works Supervisor, overseeing the setting-to-work of subcontractors and direct labour teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Qualifications: HNC or above in a relevant discipline.
  2. Experience: Industry experience in construction, with a preference for OHL subcontractor experience and exposure to transmission projects up to 400kV.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage conflicting interests and drive projects forward.
  4. Personal Attributes: A proactive, safety-conscious approach with a strong desire to deliver work right first time.
  5. Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required.
  6. Driving Licence: Essential for this role.

What’s in it for You?

  1. Competitive salary and benefits package.
  2. The opportunity to work on industry-leading projects with a highly respected company.
  3. Career development and progression opportunities within a forward-thinking organisation.
  4. A culture that supports innovation, teamwork, and personal growth.
