Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for an IT Specialist to help provide 1st and 2nd line support for all vessels in the Cadeler fleet.

What will you do?

As our new IT Specialist, you will participate in Vessel New Build installation projects and attend planned vessel visits for projects, maintenance, and vessel upgrades.

Your main tasks include:

  • Execute, and deliver IT projects within scope and timeline as per instruction
  • Collaborate with other IT functions to develop, resolve issues, and implement new solutions
  • Provision of vessel on-call support out of hours
  • Ensuring all vessel communications are operational and liaising with service providers when issues occur
  • Supporting and performing IT vessel infrastructure tasks for desktop and network as directed

We think you will be a good match if you have:

  • Experience with cloud-based solutions, such as Office 365.
  • Experience with ConnectWise remote tool
  • Familiar with Cisco Meraki Networking
  • Experience with leading IT tasks
  • Experience of vessel communication systems
  • Fluent in speaking and written English
