An established industry player is looking for a Trainee to join their Fiduciary Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to start their career in finance, focusing on Trust administration. The candidate will provide confidential administrative support to members of the Fiduciary Management team, in order to provide excellent client service. This is a Trainee position that would be suitable for someone to start their career in the finance industry with a focus on Trust administration.
You will assist with filing, content management, meeting pack production, general administration and other regular client support work, including but not limited to, the arrangement of payments and completion of requests in the relevant databases, in order to deliver an efficient client service. You will also support with ad-hoc administration and reporting, including supporting other team members during absences.
The position also requires you to provide a first line support service to all clients within the Fiduciary Management team, including the compilation and preparation of letters, emails, and faxes.
A good command of English to correct punctuation, spelling, and grammatical errors for correspondence is required, together with a flexible approach and being a team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with staff members at all levels are required.
