Exciting new opportunity for an energetic self-starter to join a well-established Family Office and work alongside the CEO and Board to lead in-house operations.
The successful applicant will be required to develop, implement, and review all operational policies and procedures, including HR. You will support the CEO with operational tasks, assist with making key decisions, document the correct approval flow, and work alongside finance to ensure timely payments and tracking to key suppliers.
Applicants should have previous knowledge and experience in all aspects of the setup of the new office, including HR benefits, policies, and procedures. You will need excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage busy, unpredictable workloads, juggle priorities, and multitask. A flexible, adaptable approach is essential, with a genuinely motivated and enthusiastic commitment to the role and company. Preference will be given to applicants who aren’t seeking a standard nine-to-five role and who can show that they want to be part of something amazing!
