Job description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to deliver high-quality communication materials aligned with our Group's strategic vision. This role will ensure consistent messaging across Operating Companies, contribute to operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will actively monitor communication initiatives, propose improvements, and uphold our Group's values and priorities.

Responsibilities

Corporate Communications

  1. Create and maintain standards, guidelines, and communication frameworks, including style guides and templates, to ensure consistency.
  2. Manage the creation and distribution of communications, including newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, and intranet content.
  3. Coordinate external communication efforts, including content for the CPL Group website, LinkedIn page, and other digital platforms, to enhance brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.

Operations Excellence and Cross-Functional Exposure

  1. Gain valuable exposure to strategic initiatives across the Group, contribute to projects that drive operational excellence, innovation, and organizational growth.
  2. Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and drive opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and deliver impactful outcomes across diverse industries.

Stakeholder Engagement

  1. Act as a central point of contact for communication leads across OpCos, fostering collaboration through the Communications Community.
  2. Equip internal stakeholders with well-crafted communication materials to effectively engage with external stakeholders, including prospective investors, showcasing the Group's value proposition.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, project and change management, or related roles.
  3. Exposure to cross-functional business operations or management consulting is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  1. Lean Six Sigma or Project Management is a plus.
