We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join our expanding Office of the General Counsel (OGC) as a Paralegal. Our team serves as the Firm's internal legal function overseeing regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and supporting the Firm's strategic activities globally. This role offers a unique chance to be part of our Financial Crime & Sanctions Advisory Onboarding team, with opportunities to contribute across the wider OGC team.

What You'll Do:

1. Incorporate sanctions updates from regulatory authorities into the firm's systems.
2. Manage work allocations through relevant inboxes.
3. Conduct Accuity searches for AML and sanctions clearances.
4. Perform internet searches for AML and sanctions clearances.
5. Conduct screening checks for clients requiring company secretarial services.
6. Support the lateral hire process and maintain the Suspicious Activity Reporting database.
7. Undertake legal research in the AML and sanctions space.
8. Assist in updating financial crime and sanctions documentation and support project-related tasks.

Who We're Looking For:

1. Individuals with a keen eye for detail and effective personal, organisational, and time management skills.
2. The ability to work at pace, managing and prioritising conflicting deadlines while promptly responding to queries.
3. Experience in building rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels, enhancing communication and creating a supportive environment.
4. A strong interest in or experience with using technology to deliver work.
5. Previous paralegal experience is advantageous but not essential.
