Job description

Our client is looking for an all-round professional to join their team to cover Marketing & Purchasing/Logistics. Managing the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, and overseeing inventory and logistics operations. Marketing strategy is to help to create and deliver engaging content that connects with the audiences.

MARKETING

  • Content Creation & Marketing Support: Craft compelling content for websites, social media, and press releases, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Setting up QR codes as part of marketing campaigns to drive engagement, track performance, and provide quick access to information or online resources.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage and schedule posts across multiple platforms.
  • Email Marketing & Website Management: Design and deliver engaging email campaigns, update our website with fresh content.

PURCHASING

  • Identifying products, services, and equipment needs.
  • Sourcing and evaluating suppliers.
  • Ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Analyzing spending and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

LOGISTICS

  • Planning and coordinating transportation and distribution of goods.
  • Ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.
  • Tracking shipments and resolving any issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and logistics activities.
