We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager for an innovative workplace design and build agency, to act as the cornerstone for their daily operations, enabling teams to focus on the delivery of their cutting-edge workplace solutions to clients worldwide.

This Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining the smooth functioning of the business while supporting project teams and ensuring operational excellence. Therefore, the ideal candidate must possess exceptional organisational and proactive problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and remaining adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced creative environment are a must.

This office manager must be team-oriented yet independent, with the ability to navigate dynamics and the confidence to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.

Office manager experience is essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage office admin, including correspondence, filing, and supply inventory.
  • Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
  • Process invoices, maintain records, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
  • Support the leadership team with calendar management and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office technology, equipment, and facilities.
