Office Manager (Part-Time) - Peterborough
My client, a successful digital marketing agency in Peterborough, is looking for a highly organised Office Manager to support their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
- Basic bookkeeping using Xero, including invoicing and debtor chasing
- Assist with HR processes including recruitment and onboarding
- Manage contracts, scheduling, and communications
- Ensure smooth running of the office and maintain governance standards

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently without constant oversight
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills
- Competence in managing multiple varied tasks simultaneously

Role Details:
- Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling)
- Salary: £26,000-£35,000 FTE (pro-rated)
- Based in Peterborough office
