TWG Group is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our dynamic team at our head office in Bristol.

This is a key position within the business, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations and playing a vital role in our internal processes. The role also includes responsibility for processing weekly and monthly payroll using SAGE Payroll.

Role Overview

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient operation of the TWG office, supporting the wider team with administrative, HR, and payroll tasks. You will ensure our internal processes run smoothly and support the business in maintaining a high standard of organisation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the daily operations of the office, including supplies, post, facilities, and scheduling
  2. Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, service providers, and contractors
  3. Support internal HR processes such as onboarding and maintaining staff records
  4. Process weekly and monthly payroll using SAGE Payroll
  5. Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation
  6. Assist senior management with ad hoc administrative and operational support
  7. Coordinate internal communications and staff engagement activities

Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience in office management, administration, or operations roles
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  3. High attention to detail with a proactive and professional approach
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams
  5. Competent in Microsoft Office, general office systems
  6. Payroll experience is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided

Role Details

Location: Redland, Bristol
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (3 days/week contract would also be considered)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
