Job description
Office position. We are a color gemstone supplier looking for a Stone Room Manager.
- Take orders from customers by phone and email, enter into computer, create invoices, and issue purchase orders to vendors.
- Receive merchandise, perform quality control, inspection, sorting, and matching stones for color and quality. Pack and ship orders.
- Make price lists using Excel and assist our bookkeeper in data entry.
- Must speak and write good English. Neat and accurate, computer savvy; experience in color stones or jewelry is helpful. Knowledge of Spanish is also beneficial.

Employment: Full-time
Schedule: 9 to 4
Salary: $18 – $25 hourly
