The Role:
As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the office, responsible for overseeing daily operations and creating a productive work environment. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing office operations, supplies, and facilities management to ensure a well-organised workspace.
- Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Handling administrative tasks, including document control, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Supporting HR with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
- Working closely with the finance team to manage office budgets and expenses.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Acting as the key point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance office efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly organised and adaptable Office Manager with strong problem-solving skills. You should have:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role within the construction sector.
- Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
