We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to support a boutique investment firm in Luxembourg on a 5 month contract from May to September. This role will see you supporting a team of 10, including a Managing Director whilst ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing office facilities, suppliers, and third-party contractors
Providing administrative support, including diary management and meeting coordination
Booking travel and handling expenses
Overseeing office supplies, post, and couriers
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls
Key Requirements:
Previous office management or administrative experience
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Proactive and solution-focused approach
Fluent in French and English
